Both Hayley and Cody are college graduates—Cody a project manager, and Hayley a registered nurse. Drawing from Hayley’s professional background in healthcare, Cody’s frequent work-related travel, and their shared experiences as parents, they understand the vital need for dependable sitters. They founded 903 Sitters to provide families with reliable, trustworthy care while also creating flexible job opportunities for individuals in their community. Their mission is to connect families with thoroughly vetted, trustworthy sitters, offering peace of mind to parents, pet owners, homeowners, and more. This venture is their way of giving back to the community they love.
